Conflict of interest
An employee faces a risk of conflict of interest if his personal interests, private entities or persons with whom he is related or close, are contrary to those of the entities of the group. The hierarchy will make the appropriate decisions to comply with the laws while guaranteeing the Group's interests.
Adherence to Universal Principles
The values in which we recognize ourselves reinforce our adherence to ethical conventions of universal scope: the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizens of 1789, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the European Charter of Fundamental Rights of 2000, the Declaration and Conventions of the International Labor Organization concerning fundamental principles and rights at work. They also support our Group's adherence to the ten principles of the Global Compact, the United Nations Global Pact.
